Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business

Pre-Orders & Custom Items: May have longer processing times. Chat with us for specific timeframes.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Delays


We strive for timely deliveries, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. If your order is delayed, please contact us via chat for assistance.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: Aleyah’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, {please chat with us on our website]within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.


Shipping for custom wigs

Custom made wigs can take longer due to process to create. Can take up to 17 business days to make and 2 days to ship depending on the wig style.


For regular wigs shipping can take up to 10 business days to process and 2 business days to ship.
